These are a wonderful traditional sweet which are getting increasingly diffcult to get hold of but thankfully we still manage somehow! They are fabulous for tickly throats, although delicious if you're fit and well too! Made by Paynes, which are the best we've tasted.

Coltsfoot Rock - Hard and crunchy pieces of rock made from the Coltsfoot plant which creates a delicious and tasty aniseed and liquorice flavour. Some what of an acquired taste, but we're confident that if you like Liquorice and Aniseed sweets, this will go down well.
