Edinburgh Rock , A classic Scottish sweet which I'm sure you all know even if you don't remember it! Edinburgh Rock is not your typical rock, it has a smooth crumbly texture and dissolves on your tongue. Comes in a selection of colours and flavours and most of us as children have tried it - this was a holiday treat for one of our Bah Humbugs team and so immediately transports her back to carefree days on the beach and rock pooling! The power of sweets should not be underestimated!
