Rhubarb Rock, Boiled sweets which are traditionally Scottish. Rhubarb Rock is a hard boiled sweet which is crunchy and ooozes with delicious tart Rhubarb flavours. Although this is a Scottish rock, it's not the same consistency of the Edinburgh Rock, and is a hard solid rock sweet throughout.
